· Credit Application requirements:
- Demonstrate purchasing history – at least three months using a check or credit card; orders should average $200.00 or more.
- Completed Customer Account Application.
- Applications will be faxed or emailed to you for completion.
- Please allow up to 14 days for credit approval once the application is returned.
· Minimum order requirement for purchases on account : $200.00
· Standard terms of Net 30 apply to all Corporate Accounts.
