Please be certain that our intent is to source all new types of cartridges and products. However, if an item you seek is not listed on our site, please feel free to submit a request, and we will forward it to our Purchasing Department.

Once a request is submitted, it can take a few weeks or months for us to add it to our site. However, please keep in mind that some products will take a little longer for us to add to the site. Some manufacturers have a tight patent on their products which makes it more difficult for us to offer anything but the Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) brand without infringing on their patent.

Ink-Wise Mailers

Not only do we offer low prices on Remanufactured InkJet Cartridges we also offer a Mail In Remanufacturing Service! If you want to avoid making a mess with an at home Refill Kit but would still like to reuse your empty cartridges, Ink-Wise may be just right for you.

What are Ink-Wise Mailers:

With a prepaid mailer you send in your recent empty black or color cartridge and Ink-Wise professionally cleans, refills, and mails your cartridge back to you. The entire process only takes 5-10 business days.

To locate the Ink-Wise Mailers please check under your printer model for the “Ink-Wise Generic Prepaid Mailer”. We offer One Mailer for $17.95 and a Two-Pack for $30.95 (price includes shipping cartridge to Ink-Wise, the Remanufacturing of the cartridge, and shipping cartridge back to you).

Origin of 'Carrot Ink'

We have many customers who ask, “Why is your company named ‘Carrot Ink?”

We have your long awaited answer. The company’s name came from the first owner’s college nickname. He was a redhead so his friends called him “The Carrot” and thus, Carrot Ink was born.

Starting from an apartment utility room, Carrot Ink has progressed to a much larger office building and warehouse located in Addison, TX. Staying true to our Texas roots, our customers can always expect exceptional “Southern” service from our associates known kindly as the Carrot Bunch.

The company started with a husband/wife team who built Carrot Ink from the ground up. They later sold it in 2007 to Ray Pahler and Wendy Hyink, a father/daughter team. They too will continue to maintain the company as a leader in inkjet supplies.

Since the dawn of Carrot Ink, they have provided competitive pricing, excellent quality merchandise and most importantly, outstanding Customer Service. Rest assured that Carrot Ink will continue to exemplify these traits.

If you wish to locate these items by their part numbers you will find the 564 Black, 564 Cyan, 564 Magenta, and 564 Yellow part numbers listed.
